Dutch food

Well guess this is the beginning of many posts sharing my experiences around Dutch gastronomy. Wouldn't say gastronomy, but still remember the first taste of the dropje ;o) Yes was very bijzonder

Above one of my signature dishes: Farmer rabbit with Limburg pears and fried bread.
